Dr. Cesar Amezcua
Founded over 20 years ago in Tijuana by oncologists, surgeons, and integrative specialists. We treat patients at all stages — including those who have exhausted conventional options — with deliberately limited intake so each case receives full team attention.
Dr. Cesar Amescua is a physician specializing in anesthesiology and pain management, with more than two decades of experience helping patients manage cancer-related, neuropathic, and chronic pain conditions.
He earned his medical degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and completed his specialization in anesthesiology at Hospital General de México. He later pursued advanced training in pain management at the National Cancer Institute (INCan) in Mexico City, where he eventually served as Coordinator of the Pain Clinic.
At the Immunotherapy Institute, Dr. Amescua provides specialized pain management support for oncology patients, helping improve comfort, function, and overall quality of life throughout treatment. His approach focuses on developing individualized pain management strategies that address each patient’s unique needs while supporting broader treatment goals.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Amescua has served as a professor of pain management, contributed to academic literature, and delivered presentations at more than one hundred medical conferences.
